The trip takes place from July 25–30, 2025, and will be held in Shanghai and Hangzhou. Participants will explore both cities through curated visits, panels, and immersive tech experiences.

Participants are responsible for international flights, China visa (if required), and insurance. Airport transfers outside official dates are not included.

Yes! We’re offering a discounted early bird rate for participants who confirm with a deposit by May 15, 2025. Space is limited, so early confirmation is highly recommended.

✍️ How do I reserve my spot?

Once you confirm interest, we’ll send your registration form and wire instructions. Full payment deadlines and cancellation terms are included in the form.

🔁 What is the cancellation policy?

  • Before June 1: Full refund (minus any transaction fees)
  • June 2–July 10: 50% refund
  • After July 10: No refund

✈️ When should I arrive and depart?

  • Arrive in China by: July 25
  • Depart on or after: July 31
    Exact hotel details and the first meeting point will be shared closer to departure.

📄 Will I need a visa?

Most non-Chinese passport holders will require a visa to enter China. After you complete your registration, we’ll provide an official support letter to assist with your visa application.

That said, you may not need a visa if you qualify under one of the following policies:

  • 🇨🇳 China’s 30-day visa-free entry program (available to certain countries for business or tourism)
  • 🛬 China’s 144-hour or 240-hour transit visa exemption (available when transiting through select cities, including Shanghai and Hangzhou)

We recommend checking your specific eligibility based on your passport and travel route, or consulting your local Chinese consulate for the latest entry policies.
